Hey, you know what. For a chain restaurant, this place is pretty excellent. It's mostly due to the servers - they are awesome, friendly, and helpful. Food is pretty darn good too, although a bit on the pricey side, but if you're a Stripes member, they send coupons fairly often that brings the pricing down to a much more reasonable place. My only complaint is that it's awfully dark in some places and that 9 times out of 10, we're seated without silverware and have several times even gotten our food before the silverwear. Seems like an odd problem to have, but it happens a lot.

I hadn't been to Friday's in years, so my family and I decided to give it a go after a long hiatus. I was really surprised to see that the prices had gone up significantly. The food is not bad--typical chain restaurant food-- but I don't think it's really worth the price. I got a small house salad (which was basically just lettuce and dressing), potato skins (very tastey) and a soda, and my bill was nearly $20, which I think is a bit much for lunch. The soda alone was $3, which I think is a lot for a diet Coke. The service was rather slow, which was odd because there weren't very many tables in there. But our server was pleasant, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I probably won't go back, mainly because of the outrageous prices for average food.

Typically I am thrilled by the idea of an experience upping the last but in this case again I've had an awful experience here. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant. We were seated quickly and asked our waitress for a high chair thinking it was obvious with an 18 month old. She came back after taking our drink order and informed us we would have to move from our booth and go to a chair. It was about 7 minutes after the hostess came and reseated us. It took the two waitress about 15 minutes to figure who was going to serve us, and get us our drinks. My wife and I were moments from just exiting after getting this service before. It was another 20 minutes before we got our food which is acceptable but the restaurant was maybe half capacity. I ordered long islands which are my long time favorites but they were so sour I had them remade, to only be so dark and full of coke (which is used for color in the beverage not an ingredient) they were as terrible as the first. I'm not sure if our waitress was a unicorn because seeing her was impossible and getting attention was even worse. She didn't give the family of four with two children any napkins, I'm not typically this bitter but this has been the worst experience I've had again. Shame on the management in this store the could learn a lot from the Vestal NY store.

The staff is pretty rude. The food is sub par. They kitchen closes at 12:30 in the night and the server didn't even inform us that they don't take orders after 12:30. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I love Friday's! They always have good deals going on and their food quality is great for a chain restaurant. The atmosphere almost makes it feel as though it is not a famous chain as well! My friend and I came in on a Friday night (last night) and only had to wait five minutes for a table at around seven. The only reason why they lost a star is because they have no waiting area so it's very cramped and awkward. Sat down, were greeted and I'm part of the stripes club so I got free chips and salsa. Our server was casual yet respectful! She was a sweet girl, not too personable but responsive to our needs. I ordered the 2 for $16- it's the best deal really!! The pot stickers were amazing and I'm not a soy sauce person but the flavors meshed so well. My chicken and shrimp pasta was packed with Cajun and spices so it was SO FABULOUS. Decent portioning on the shrimp and chicken as well. My friend ordered the ribeye med. rare and it came out med. well. Another reason for the loss of star. The steak was juicy at least so she enjoyed it. We will return for sure!! It's a staple for me.

So disgusted with the service we received at this TGI Fridays. We arrived at this location and requested a table of 4 with a spot for our two babies (we have one two year old and a 1 month old) we were told that it would be a 15 min wait... It was odd because there were at least 10 open tables... In the mean time about 5 or 6 groups of people were seated right away... 10 minutes passed and still we were not seated, I got tired of holding the one month old so I sat her in the open booth by the door and waited. 5 minutes later a hostess walked over and said we had to get up from the table and could wait in the front room (which was unheated) if we wanted to sit down. Yes I'll go outside in the 20 degree weather because you can't find an employee to set up a table of 4 with 2 high chairs..So disgusted with the hostess and the service we received we will NEVER visit a TGI Fridays again.

The food that we had was good. I had a sizzling chicken on a bed of spinach with mushrooms and onions as did my wife. The food was tasty enough. The main issue that we had was the service. As we were close to being done the server said he would be a few minutes because he just got a table for 20. This should not mean "I am now abandoning you because I will get a bigger tip from them" yet it did. We were mot the only diners to be abandoned. Virtually every employee in the restaurant catered to this group of 20 men, even the manager. We waited for over 40 minutes for our check. Finally my wife went to the hostess station and asked if it would be possible to get our check. She disappeared for about 5 minutes before the manager came over to drop off our check. We were finally able to pay and be on our way but only after a long delay. I understand the importance of taking care of large groups but the smaller groups of 2 or in our case 4, should not be totally as we were. This service is absolutely unacceptable. I have never seen my wife tip less than 20% in the past 20 years but the waiter only got 10% because we did at least get our food. The lesson that I hope they learn us that, "don't ignore the smaller parties to please the big ones because most of your shifts will be 2-4 tops not parties of 20. You are going for the one big tip that comes every once on awhile to decent tips that are there every night."

My wife and I figured that we hadn't been to Friday's in a long time, so we ventured forth. As usual , the place was clean and friendly. The hostess and wait staff were pleasant and attentive. However, we both found our meals lacking. They weren't terrible, but they weren't worth the price the restaurant was asking. For $13 dollars, I expect a burger to taste a lot better than what I was served. My wife ordered a Cajun pasta dish, and she likes spicy food, but she said her food was overly spicy and simply bland beyond that. This is not the TGI Friday's of years past. The quality is gone. I feel like I've lost an old friend. Sorry Friday's, but we won't be back.

One day at about 11:00 am I came here and ordered full rack of ribs. IT WAS THE BEST RIBS AND FRENCH FRIES I've ever had in US. Maybe because I was early and the chef was not so hurried, thus the ribs could be fully grilled and the sauce could be absorbed patiently. The fries were fried with plenty of oil, it was not healthy to do so maybe, but it was delicious! The next time we went there, an overly active waiter mistook our order, gave us the wrong one for free, but charged a little bit more than listed price. The ribs failed to taste like that one. Disappointed and only 3 stars for you.

Took the family here tonight for dinner. Looks like that are renovating the place. The opened up the restaurant and actually the sanded wood look mid resto already looks better that the old Fridays did. All the stuff is off the walls and looks a lot better. The service (Daryl - a girl) was outstanding. The food was better than we've had previously from Fridays. I ordered a spicy burger, my wife had Jack Daniels chicken and shrimp and our kids had kids meals. Do you know it costs us $62 for 2 fish frys and kids meals last week at The Distillery!! We received less food and it was inferior quality compared to what we were served at Fridays tonight. My entire family loved the meals and experience at Fridays. The manager and two other servers told us to have a great night on the way out and it's those type of little things that help us make a good decision on where we are going to spend our money for dinner.

TGIF my ass!!! This place deserves absolutely no stars. Staff sucks and is dirty. Didn't even eat here because we walked out. We checked in and the hostess said there was a 20 minute wait. We sat outside for over 20 minutes only to find out there was a whole section empty for half that time and when we spoke to the manager she had the CRAZIEST attitude problem and proceeded to speak to us like we were a total annoyance. And the hostesses were completely clueless about everything in life. And, it Was my brother in law's B-Day so that just made the whole thing even worse. Never going back there and hopefully they clean that place up and get rid of that god aweful ridiculously lame and abrasive manager.

Service wasn't great. I was alone and sat at the bar. I watched my waiter cater constantly to the party of 6 meanwhile I couldn't even get a drink refill or even my order correct. The food was okay.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals and there was one bartender on staff. He was pretty quick to say he was very busy, by himself, and working since 6:15 AM.... He still managed to be nice, but the tone was set wrong, gotta say that dude was working his backside off though. There must have been a scheduling snafu. After our drinks and apps 2 parties of 8 and 6 came in and wrapped around the bar. Resultingly it took us forever to settle the check. I like Friday's more than the competition and really wanted to have a good time, but a bad set of circumstances really made things not favorable. Better luck next time, Friday's...

My son and I went here only because it was right next door to our hotel. We were seated quickly and the waitress was quick to come by and very attentive during our meal. However, the food was...blah. My son had a burger with a side salad. The salad was smaller than his hand, maybe about 4-5 bites. I had the Jack Daniel's chicken sandwich with spicy fries. The fries looked like they had been sitting around under an inefficient heat lamp for a loooong time. And despite lots of things packed onto the sandwich, it was almost tasteless. I would not recommend this place. Two stars only for the service and convenient location.

Maybe I should just stay away from chain restaurants all together. Although the staff was great, the food just didn't do it for me. They could hire Gordon Ramsey, but even he couldn't make the food taste like it didn't come prepackaged. And what they call a 10 oz sirloin, tasted like repurposed bottom round at best. The only reason I didn't give this place one star was because the waitstaff were nice and did a good job. I'm sure the kitchen did their best with what they were given.
